Face : 3 Steps


Cleanse: 
Ingredients
1 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp lemon oil


Instructions
Mix all the above ingredients.
Massage over skin. Wait for 2mins.
Finally wash with tepid water.  

Tone:
Ingredients 

Brew a cup of your favorite tea such as green tea, chamomile or jasmine



Instructions.
Once tea is cool to touch,

squeeze excess liquid before placing on eyes
close your eyes and relax.
after 15-30 minutes, remove and throw away the sponges.

Note: if you do not have teabags, soak 2 sponges into tea


Moisturize:

Ingredients 

1/2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp yogurt
1/2 orange juice


Instructions
Mix all the above ingredients.
Massage over skin. Let it rest for 15mins.
Finally wash with tepid water.  

Facials : Blemish Free

Honey Remedy
Ingredients

Honey according to size of blemish

Insructions

Cover the blemish with a dab of honey and place a band-aid over it. Honey kills the bacteria, keeps the skin sterile, and speeds healing. Works overnight.

Lemon & Orange  
(This instant face-lifting mask helps fade age-spots, acne scars, keep blemishes and acne in check and gets rid of uneven-looking skin)
Ingredients
2 Tbsp plain yogurt
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (the juice of one lemon)

Instructions
Mix the ingredients together. You can apply this on your face and neck.
Leave in on to dry for 20 to 30 minutes.
You will feel a tightening effect on your face or neck.
You can leave it longer for a firming effect but not more than 60 minutes.
Once done wash with cool water

Soothe: Combine 2 Tbsp honey with 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice. Apply to your clean face and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse with tepid water followed by a cool rinse. This can be done three times a week. “This mask heals, moisturizes and balances the pH of the skin,” says Macan-Graves. “Honey is a humectant and natural antibiotic that heals and moisturizes. Apple cider vinegar helps balance the pH of skin and soothes damaged skin.”

Moisturize: Macan-Graves recommends oatmeal and fennel to help moisturize dry skin. Grind 1 Tbsp oatmeal in a blender and set aside. Add 1 Tbsp fennel seeds to 1/2 cup boiling water to make a tea. Allow the seeds to steep for 10 minutes; strain the seeds and discard. Let it cool down to room temperature and then combine 1 Tbsp of the fennel tea with 1 Tbsp ground oatmeal and 1 Tbsp honey. Apply the mixture to your clean face and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse with tepid water followed by a cool rinse. This mask can be done twice weekly.

Brighten: Combine 2 Tbsp sour cream with 2 Tbsp honey and 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice. Apply to your cleansed face and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse with tepid water followed by a cool (not cold) rinse. This mask can be done twice a week. “This mask heals, exfoliates, brightens and moisturizes skin. It refines pores, fades acne marks and prevents blemishes from coming up,” says Macan-Graves.

Brightening Facial:

Ingredients
Cut a slice of ripe papaya or mango and detach the fruit's flesh from the skin

Instruction
If you are using the pulp, mash these and then massage this on your face or neck
If you are using the skin of the fruit, place the skin of your face and neck and massage in circular fashion ensuring that you covered the areas that you want minus the eyes.
Let it dry for 15 to 20 minutes,
Finally rinse with tepid water.

Exfoliating Scrub

Salt + Olive Oil Scrub

Ingredients 
1/2 cup Table Salt
1/2 cup Olive Oil

Mix both ingredients. Set aside for 10 minutes. Put mixture on face or body and gently scrub with hand or cloth. Rinse off with cold water after 10 minutes.

Sugar + Olive Oil Scrub

Ingredients 
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Olive Oil

Baking Soda Scrub

Ingredients 

1/2 cup Baking Soda
1/2 cup Water
